CIH Level 3 in housing maintenance and asset management – 24th April 2024

For learners keen to start or continue a learning journey with the Chartered Institute of Housing, we also offer the Level 3 in housing maintenance and asset management. This four-day qualification will cover repairs and maintenance, housing construction, health and safety and professional practice skills. Learners will be assessed by written assignment for each unit and will be eligible for CIH membership at a concessionary rate for the duration of their studies. Understanding Buildings and Managing Repairs - 7th May 2024

Our bespoke City and Guilds accredited qualification takes a deep dive into all aspects of repairs and diagnostics. Delegates will spend five days exploring building construction, damp and mould, electrics, plumbing, heating and drainage, and landlord responsibilities along with the legal and regulatory framework. This qualification concludes with a short exam to consolidate learning and delegates will take away numerous resources to reference and support them as they move forward in their repairs and maintenance journey.
