Lovell submits planning application for 47 homes near Hogganfield Loch
Lovell Homes has submitted a detailed planning application to Glasgow City Council hoping to build 47 homes at a former B&Q site near Hogganfield Loch in the north east of Glasgow.
The developer has submitted the required designs and documents for approval in order to progress the construction of 47 houses and flats at the four-acre site.
The development will comprise of 30 detached and semi-detached houses — a mixture of two, three and four-bedroom properties — plus nine three-bedroom terraced homes and eight two-bedroom flats.
