Maryhill Housing Association marks Hallowe’en in style
Monstrous fun was had by all when Hallowe’en came to Ruchill and Maryhill on Saturday.
Maryhill Housing Association laid on kids’ activities to mark Hallowe’en with a big turnout at both Ruchill Community Centre and Ledgowan Hall.
Zombie doctors, werewolves and even the “Queen of Hallowe’en” turned up for a truly ghoulish day of fun.
There was also a parade of youngsters wearing the most amazing outfits with prizes for the best and goody-bags for everyone.
The occasions at both venues allowed Maryhill’s staff to engage with local mums and dads and grans and grandads with the aim of finding out what they think about the Association and their priorities for their communities.
Jamie Ballantine, customer engagement manager at the Association, said: “It was great fun – the kids had a ball. We’re very grateful to the mums and dads and grans and grandads who made such an effort on the costumes for the youngsters.”
