Works to the two nine-storey occupied residential buildings include the replacement of 19.5m high glazed screens and communal fire-rated door sets, as well as the formation of new escape corridors.

The blocks will also see new communal entrance doors and dry risers, while the cold water storage tanks, backup generators in new external housings and electrical, communication and ventilation systems will all be replaced.

The project team includes principal designer, project manager and quantity surveyor Turner & Townsend, architect Stallan-Brand, civil & structural engineer Goodson Associates, mechanical & electrical engineer Atelier Ten and landscape architect OOBE.
