The development of 40 contemporary one, two and three-bedroom apartments adjacent to Royal Yacht Britannia, is one of Robertson’s first projects under its newly formed house-building brand Living by Robertson.

For McGill, the contract marks a return to work in the capital since the business was acquired by specialist building sector investment group United Capital last year.

Douglas Thomson, McGill managing director, said: “We are delighted to have been awarded this contract with Living by Robertson. This contract, our first with Robertson, will hopefully be the start of a long-term and successful relationship.”
