Methil Brae affordable homes completed by Robertson Partnership Homes
Robertson Partnership Homes has announced the completion of an affordable housing development at Methil Brae in Fife.
The £12 million project comprised 101 high-quality affordable homes for Fife Council as well as 22 delivered on behalf of Kingdom Housing Association.
Built on the site of the former Glencast Foundry, the homes are a mixture of one- to five-bedroom properties, including semi-detached units, bungalows and cottage flats.
The 5.6-hectare development is one of the largest in Fife Council’s affordable housing programme, which will create 2,700 new homes by spring 2017.
Construction director Brian Pettigrew said: “In 2015, Robertson Partnership Homes was a start-up business within the Group, and this was our first project on site.
“It’s a proud moment for us to have delivered it, and all credit must go to the team. You can see from the drone shot that it looks amazing.”
