Multi-million pound housing development plans submitted for Kingseat site
Housing developer Gladman Developments Limited has sought planning permission for a £9.8 million housing development near Kingseat.
The developer said it wishes to create around 80 new homes on farmland to the North and South of Cuddyhouse Road.
The proposed development would be comprised of homes of mixed type and tenure. The development would also include affordable homes.
Plans for new paths and cycle routes are also proposed within the plans
Gladman Developments said the development could create 67 direct construction jobs over the next five years.
Permission in principle is yet to be granted by Fife Council.
