Megan Malarkey has joined Hawthorn Housing Co-operative as its new Modern Apprentice in a post partly funded by Glasgow City Council.

Megan has previously worked in Customer Services and will be with Hawthorn for two years carrying out her apprenticeship which will be a combination of on the job experience and qualifications.

Director Colin Turnbull said the staff are delighted to have Megan as part of the team.

He added: “We are happy to welcome Megan to Hawthorn. Megan will be placed at the reception desk taking incoming calls and helping customers and will be taught a variety of tasks.”
