New beginnings for Parkhead HA as revamped branding and website launched
Parkhead Housing Association (PHA) have this week revealed their updated branding and unveiled a sophisticated new website designed with the desire to improve the customer experience.
Following a satisfaction survey in 2021 it was clear that communication and access to services was a key theme of the feedback received from the local community. As such PHA wanted to create a vibrant digital space where customers can carry out typical transactions with ease such as paying rent, reporting repairs, engaging in live chat, or applying to our general, transfer and retirement housing lists.
As part of the website project PHA were able to attract funding from the Scottish Government’s digital boost fund.
The updated look and feel from the website was drawn from the initial branding exercise where the brief was clear, to modernise the PHA image with a clear link to the Parkhead community.
Incorporated into the Association’s logo is the iconic ‘5 ways’ intersection that can be found at Parkhead Cross. The final version of the logo was selected following an overwhelming response to a public consultation within the local community.
PHA chief executive Aileen McGuire said: “It has been a difficult period for the Association with the impact of the pandemic and our recent engagement with the Regulator. However we are in a much better place now and the updates we have made to our branding and our website feels very much a like a new beginning for PHA.
“We hope those that interact with us on a daily basis will see a huge difference in the functionality of our website and the services it can offer our tenants.”
Chair of PHA John Buchanan added: “It was clear from our feedback that we needed to respond to how the Association communicates and offer services to our tenants and our website will be a huge part of that.
“I am sure it will make a massive difference to those in our community. Also, as a Parkhead man through and through, to see the image of Parkhead Cross featured in our logo is a source of immense pride.”
