The four-week contract was delivered by CCG Asset Management for housing and care provider Blackwood.

Overall, works were undertaken at 59 properties in the Charlotte Hill area of Falkirk, along with areas in Port Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Stephen Riley, CCG AM Manager, said: “The ‘Charlotte Hill Boiler Changes’ contract is our first contract using Blackwood’s own framework and going into the New Year, we are looking forward to continuing our working relationship with the group.”
