New customer services manager appointed at Dunbritton
Tricia McShane has been appointed as customer services manager at Dunbritton Housing Association.
Her appointment follows the recent internal promotion of Allan Murphy to the housing association’s CEO.
Ms McShane brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of social housing, built over 26 years, with specific expertise in housing services delivery and asset management. She also has in-depth knowledge of multi-tenure and specialist housing provision; and a real passion for developing and delivering excellence in customer service.
Ms McShane has built an excellent track record across a range of highly reputable housing providers including Loretto Housing, the Wheatley Group and other local community based Associations.
She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and is a voluntary Mentor for Young Glasgow Talent in her (limited) spare time.
Ms McShane said: “I am delighted to be joining Dunbritton at this exciting time as the Association is about to celebrate 25 years continuous growth and improvement. I am really impressed by the plans for the future and I am looking forward to playing my part in helping Dunbritton to building communities that meet the needs of local people across West Dunbartonshire and Argyll & Bute.”
Mr Murphy added: “I am really pleased to have Tricia as part of our team. We’re building on a solid foundation at Dunbritton and I’m sure that the years ahead will see us go from strength to strength. Tricia brings a breadth of experience built over many years as a housing professional and I’m sure she will make a big impact, supporting and leading staff to ensure we keep on growing and improving.”
