New faces for Atrium’s senior staff team
Atrium Homes has announced the appointment of two key individuals to its senior staff team.
Frank Boyle, who joined the Kilmarnock-based registered social landlord in January as communities manager (investment), has been joined recently by John Stevenson as communities manager (operations).
John has many years of housing experience and has worked for a number of well-known Scottish housing associations. He will be lending the weight of his knowledge to Atrium’s housing operations and will be helping improve existing services and identify new ones which can add value to Atrium’s activities and reputation as a first class landlord.
John explained: “Atrium as a company is on the move. It has made excellent progress as a landlord over the past few years and I see my role as pivotal in helping it continue to deliver great services to its customers. It’s great to be involved with such a go-ahead organisation.”
John is joined by Frank Boyle who also has an excellent knowledge of the Scottish housing scene gained over many years. Frank’s role will be to add value to Atrium’s investment activities particularly in the key areas of asset management and day to day repair/void repair delivery.
Frank said: “I have seen the workings of a few organisations over the last few years so I know the quality of Atrium’s operations. It is a great pleasure to be joining Atrium at a time when the organisation is undertaking development work to bring further social housing to Kilmarnock.”
Stephen Black, chief executive of Atrium Homes, added: “I am delighted to welcome Frank and John to Atrium. They represent an investment in the next stage of Atrium’s development as a company. They are both very experienced and skilled professionals and will bring additional strength to the staff team. The expertise they bring in their respective fields, will help ensure Atrium’s future success.”
