New group chief executive for Ferguslie Park Housing Association
Ferguslie Park Housing Association (FPHA) has appointed Catrina Miller as its new group chief executive.
Ms Miller joins the Paisley Association from Arklet Housing Association in Glasgow where she has held several roles including, latterly, that of interim director.
With 20 years’ experience in social housing, Ms Miller takes over at the Ferguslie Group at a time when it has been enjoying a significant rejuvenation and delivering significant investments in its housing stock and improved services for its tenants.
FPHA’s Tannahill Centre, which aims to put itself at the heart of the Ferguslie Park community, has also seen a resurgence in the past 18 months or so, with a huge increase in local people using its facilities.
Ms Miller said: “I’m greatly looking forward to working with the people of Ferguslie Park and to helping them achieve their ambitions for the community.
“The next chapter of the Ferguslie Park story is helping our community to realise its potential. Its people have high ambitions for the community and for themselves. I want to support and enable these extraordinary residents and to help them achieve and receive everything they would like from their own housing and community services.”
FPHA chair, Shona McIntyre, said: “Catrina Miller is just what we want in Ferguslie Park. She shares our values and brings the appropriate professional expertise we need. We’re all looking forward to working with her to improve our homes and community.
“I’m delighted Catrina shares our passion for Ferguslie Park and we know she will deliver for our tenants and the wider community.”
