New homes approved for Almond Park in Musselburgh
Taylor Wimpey East Scotland has been given the green light from East Lothian Council to build 98 new homes in Musselburgh.
Located off Pinkie Road, the development will deliver a range of two- and three- bedroom terraced and semi- detached as well as three-, four- and five-bedroom detached homes. There will also be 25 affordable homes delivered as part of the development.
The parcel of land constitutes the final piece of Taylor Wimpey’s development at Almond Park.
Pauline Mills, of Taylor Wimpey East Scotland, said: “As well as an impressive range of new homes, this phase of our development would continue our contribution to a range of economic benefits already having an impact in the local Musselburgh area, which includes supporting around 160 jobs per year in construction.
“We believe this phase of the development would be a great addition and it will complete our vision for the land off Pinkie Mains Road.”
