Arklet Housing Association has announced the appointment of Lynn McCulloch as interim director.

Lynn joins Arklet at a time when the Association is undergoing significant change, with partnership working being discussed with Hanover (Scotland) Housing Association.

Board chair of Arklet, Iain Wallace, said: “Lynn’s skills and experience of working for housing associations undergoing change, including governance improvement and partnership negotiation, makes her the ideal candidate for this role.

“We are very sorry to lose Catrina Miller, who has been with Arklet for more than 22 years, having joined us in a junior administrative role after leaving school. Catrina has steered Arklet through a difficult period of high engagement with the Scottish Housing Regulator.

“The board wish Catrina well in her new role at Ferguslie Park Housing Association and are delighted to welcome Lynn McCulloch to Arklet.”
