New reports showcase housing, homelessness and health best practice during COVID-19
The Place, Home and Housing Portfolio at the Improvement Hub (ihub) has published new reports to guide future improvement work following two investigations on housing, homelessness and health during the COVID-19 pandemic.
One investigation looked at how people who are homeless were accessing health and social care services. The other spoke to people to find out about the role that housing organisations were playing in helping to meet people’s health and wellbeing needs.
The team conducted interviews with key stakeholders from across homelessness and housing in Scotland during the summer of 2020.
The two resulting reports capture innovations and new practice, as well as highlighting learning opportunities to inform future improvements.
