The new site was designed by Kiswebs Ltd which specialise in website solutions for housing associations.

A major objective of the website redesign was to ensure that the site was fully responsive on all devices. Visitors to the site will now receive the same experience, with no reduction of features, whether the site is viewed through a computer, laptop, mobile phone or tablet.

The website is also easier to navigate through with a series of simple menus and sub-menu’s where information and advice is easily accessible. The content of the website has also been reviewed to ensure that the information provided is relevant, clear and concise.

Further improvements are also planned with the development of a dedicated tenant portal due to be implemented in the coming months. This will provide tenants with access to their own rent account along with the facility to manage aspects of their tenancy via the website.

The Association also intends to establish a social media presence which will integrate into the site and promote tenant engagement and participation.
