Oak Tree appoints Sean Connor as chief executive
Oak Tree Housing Association has appointed Sean Connor as its new chief executive officer.
He will be joining the Association in October.
A rigorous recruitment exercise took place to identify Oak Tree’s new CEO. A high quality of candidates applied for the position and the recruitment panel were impressed with the time and effort made by all those that applied.
Further to completion of the interview process, the panel reached a decision to appoint Sean. Sean demonstrated that he possessed the relevant skills and qualities for the post throughout the process.
Sean Connor has worked in a range of roles in the housing sector. Most recently he worked with Cairn Housing Association as its director of customer services. His commitment to providing quality homes and services for tenants was evident throughout the process.
Sean Connor said: “I am delighted to have this opportunity to join Oak Tree Housing Association and look forward to working with the committee and staff team to continue to deliver high quality services for tenants throughout the Inverclyde area.”
