The proposed site at Tay Street and Tweed Street was formerly occupied by multi-storey blocks Pentland Court, Nevis Court and Grampian Court which were cleared more than a decade ago.

Under the plans, there will be 69 new-build two-storey homes, made up of a mixture of houses and cottage flats, on the site. Forty of the homes will have two bedrooms, 26 will have three bedrooms and three will have four bedrooms.

Eighty-nine parking spaces will be provided.
