Ochil View Housing Association has announced the appointment of Anne Smith as its new head of finance & corporate services, a role which includes additional responsibilities as depute director.

Anne joins from Cadder Housing Association where she spent three years as finance & corporate services manager.

As a qualified chartered accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Anne spent over 20 years working at a senior level in a variety of different private sector companies before joining the social housing sector in 2013.

On her appointment, Anne said: “I am looking forward to working with the Committee and Staff at Ochil View. It’s a fantastic opportunity for me to contribute to their excellent work in both improving existing homes and supplying additional good quality, affordable homes.”
