Osprey commits to next phase of mid-market rent homes at Blackdog
Osprey Housing is to deliver a further fifteen units at Scoter Gardens, Blackdog after receiving strong demand for the first phase of homes.
The additional development will consist of eight private rental houses rented at mid-market rates through Osprey Initiatives Limited, with completions expected due around Autumn 2017. There will also be seven social rented units for Osprey Housing which will be let through Aberdeenshire Council.
The group is committed to being part of the Blackdog community and this year will be sponsoring a giant inflatable slide for the first Blackdog Community Gala on July 8.
The first phase at Scoter Gardens consisted of sixteen units split equally between two and three bedroom houses and one bedroom apartments. The demand for the three bedroom houses were particularly high and all the units were reserved prior to completion.
Due to their popularity, all eight properties currently under construction will be three bedroom houses. This includes terrace and semi-detached houses, all with their own enclosed back garden.
