Partick Housing Association staff dress down for charity
Staff at Partick Housing Association have raised around £1,200 for charity by dressing down every Friday.
In return for a donation in the charity box, staff can chose a more relaxed dress code rather than the normal business dress.
Chosen by staff, the beneficiaries for 2017-18 were the Scottish Association for Mental Health and Turning Point Scotland.
Partick Housing Association corporate services manager, Jacqueline McCutcheon, said: “We’re delighted to support these very important charities whose work addresses widespread issues around mental health, addictions, homelessness and substance misuse. Housing Associations are well placed to recognise the many issues that can affect individuals sustaining their tenancies, so it’s highly appropriate that SAMH and Turning Point benefit from these donations.”
