Founded as a Community Interest Company in April 2017, Kingdom Support & Care is a subsidiary of Kingdom Housing Association and supports over 300 people throughout Fife and the Forth Valley helping them live independent lives in their own homes.

When asked about his appointment, Paul White said, “I’m delighted to join Kingdom Support and Care and the Kingdom Group. Our work is life-changing and I feel privileged to have the opportunity to build on the success of our organisations.

“My predecessor, Norah Smith, extended our reach and reputation during her 10 years in post. My challenge is to preserve that legacy and ensure we are the destination of choice for individuals who need quality support, people who want jobs with a social purpose and public sector partners who need a provider they trust to deliver.”

Before joining Kingdom Support & Care, Paul White was chief executive of ELCAP, a charity based in East Lothian that provides care and support to individuals who are affected by learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health problems.

Bill Banks, Kingdom Group chief executive, welcomed Paul and said: “I’m really looking forward to working with Paul.
