The application called for the erection of terraced, semi-detached and detached timber frame properties between two and two-and-a-half storeys high on land between Gartloch Road and Findochty Street.

Alterations will also be made to the car park at the nearby Persimmon Homes West Scotland office and a water vole management zone will also be created.
