John Mills head of housing services, said: “I’m delighted to announce the dates for the first information events for Phase Three of the Affordable Housing programme. We have successfully delivered Phase Two and families across Fife are benefiting from living in the high quality homes. The Phase Three programme aims to build on this success by continuing to work with our stakeholders, identify sites and deliver more urgently needed social rented houses.
“Council officers will be at the venues to discuss the plans for the housing mix for the proposed sites and I encourage people to go along ask questions and find out more.”
It is estimated that planning applications will be submitted in the next two months.
