Planned maintenance continues in Drumchapel
CCG’s expert planned maintenance Asset Management division has commenced a second contract with Drumchapel Housing Co-operative.
Located on Southdeen Road, around 60 properties are set to benefit from brand new bathrooms and UPVC windows.
The contract follows on from the successful upgrade of 84 properties undertaken earlier in the year that covered a similar level of planned improvements.
Stephen Riley, CCG Asset Management manager, said: “CCG Asset Management are delighted to continue working with Drumchapel Housing Co-operative. Our first contract, undertaken at the start of the year, went very well: our site team completed the works to a very high standard and efficiently within a tight timescale. This focus on quality will continue within the properties on Southdeen Road where we will aim to have the scope of works fully completed by the Christmas break.”
Duncan McKnight, Drumchapel Housing Co-operative’s technical manager, added: “We look forward to progressing the second phase of our investment programme, helping to enhance tenants’ homes and improve the energy performance of our stock.”
