Plans lodged for 12 apartments at Hamilton bowling green

Plans have been submitted to build 12 new private apartments on a vacant bowling green in Hamilton.
Building contractor Procast is seeking to develop land at 4 Alness Street into new homes and 29 parking spaces.
Under plans designed by Framed Estates, all six ground-floor apartments will be fully accessible.
