Designed by Page\Park Architects, the homes will be located on the site of a former care home in Springburn.

The homes will offer a mix of 2, 3, 4 and 6 person units with two of the closes allocated as mid-market rent flats and the other close allocated as social rent.

If approved, the existing site will be opened up by creating a series of steps from Edgefield Place to Broomfield Road onto which front doors and an entrance courtyard would face.

Elements to encourage informal play, rather than introducing specific play equipment, are also included it the designs.
