Plans submitted to build 23 homes on former Dundee primary school site
H&H Properties has submitted plans to Dundee City Council to build 23 new homes on the former site of Downfield Primary School’s infant annexe.
The developer intends to build 13 three-bed homes and a further 10 homes comprising of at least four bedrooms each at the site off Camperdown Road.
The plans include an allocation of at least two parking spaces per home, electric car charging facilities and cycle storage for each home, The Evening Telegraph reports.
The developer also intends to build a new street which will connect Camperdown Road to the new homes.
