The firm is seeking permission from Fife Council to build a three-storey building on the site of the demolished F& J Motors car dealership on Station Road. 

The old F&J Motors building was recently torn down, making way for the development, the Dunfermline Press reports. 

If approved, it would see 12 two-bedroom flats and six one-bedroom flats built, with a 22-space car park which includes accessible parking on the property.
