Then Kieran Findlay sits down with Gareth Lyon, director of policy and communications at ARCO (Associated Retirement Community Operators), to discuss the taskforce, the report and ARCO’s model where older people come together in a purpose-built, carefully designed community, enjoy leisure facilities and receive the care they individually need.
