Prestigious nomination for Queens Cross Housing Association
Queens Cross Housing Association has been shortlisted for Outstanding Landlord of the Year at this year’s UK Housing Awards.
Organised by the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and Inside Housing, the awards recognise the ingenuity, creativity, passion and results of housing organisations across the UK.
The Association have been nominated for the exceptional successes of their 40th year. These include the completion of 106 new flats at Timber Basin, top marks for their Youth Homelessness service from the Care Inspectorate, excellent satisfaction results with repairs service and their popular award-winning Stag Group, an activity group for men over 60.
Association staff will be pitching to judges selected by CIH and Inside Housing on March 9. The winners will be announced at a ceremony at the Lancaster London Hotel on the April 26.
