Propertymark student members can study towards qualifications offered by Propertymark Qualifications as a provider qualification for property agents which are highly recognised by employers.  

As well as being highly regarded by employers, these qualifications are regulated by Ofqual in England, Qualification Wales, CCEA in Northern Ireland, and are accredited in Scotland by the SQA on the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF). All qualifications are designed to meet the needs of those entering the property industry, regardless of what stage in their journey they are currently at.
