Regulator clarifies charter technical guidance for landlords

The Scottish Housing Regulator has published updated Charter technical guidance and FAQs for landlords completing their Annual Return on the Scottish Social Housing Charter due in May 2020.
While there are no changes to indicators, additional clarification has been provided on Indicators 19, 20 and 21.
