Final plans are still to be confirmed but the developer said it plans to transform the empty office building into a residential site.

Spokesperson for Cater, Ewan Gibson, said: “Cater takes great pleasure in having the opportunity to transform another empty Aberdeen office building into a place for families to work, live and play with space and safety. Previously let to the Health and Safety Executive and the Met Office, this site is in a fantastic location near the city centre with great links out to the airport and industrial estates.

“We will look to submit a planning application in the following months.”
