Sarah Fenton joins Avant Homes as regional development director
Scottish housebuilder Avant Homes has strengthened its development team with the appointment of Sarah Fenton to fulfil the role of regional development director.
Sarah originally began her career at Avant Homes as a trainee surveyor in 2005 and has since gained more than 15 years’ experience in the housebuilding industry. In her new role, Sarah will be responsible for leading the regional development team while overseeing the technical and commercial functions of the business.
Commenting on her appointment, Sarah said: “As the regional development director for Scotland, I will hit the ground running, learning as much as I can about the business, with a strong focus on teamwork and interdisciplinary engagement to deliver the development function of the Scotland region.
“It’s a really exciting time to join Avant Homes and I look forward to being part of a high performing regional team and celebrating our collaborative successes across the business.”
Based in Stirling, Avant Homes Scotland currently has 13 developments under construction, with sites stretching from Dundee to Stewarton.
