Satisfaction survey to improve North Lanarkshire housing repairs
People living in council accommodation across North Lanarkshire are being encouraged to give their views on how to further improve housing repairs.
Tenants taking part will also have the chance to win £50 of shopping vouchers.
The repairs satisfaction survey helps shape the way housing repairs are delivered by North Lanarkshire Council’s Local Homes team and is open to all council tenants.
Des Murray, head of housing property services, said: “We are very proud of the improvements we have made to our repairs service which have been delivering a far better service for local people. We have invested heavily in staff training, new mobile technology and our Local Homes App, leading to huge improvements in customer service and our repair turnaround times.
“But we don’t want to stop there; we want to hear from local people about what else we can do to do improve our service. The best way we can continue to provide a first class service is by listening to the people we are trying to help, and their feedback is crucial in helping us identify future priorities and areas of investment.”
The Local Homes team is responsible for the care, repair and upgrade of 37,000 homes throughout North Lanarkshire.
