Savills has been appointed to bring a prestigious strategic land portfolio to the market totalling 80.37 hectares across Bearsden, Lenzie, and Milngavie.

Comprising three prime land sites, each presents an opportunity for significant future residential development subject to planning consents.

The Bearsden site spans 29.6 hectares and is situated at Langfaulds Farm, Duntocher Road. The Lenzie site at Easter Auchinlock, Burnbra covers 29.4 hectares.

Finally, encompassing 21.37 hectares, the Milngavie site is situated at Laigh Park, Craigton Road.

Savills development director Nicola Lunn said: “This exciting portfolio includes three strategic land sites with immense potential for future residential development. All three are currently free from live planning applications, presenting a blank canvas for prospective developments.

“These sites are positioned on the periphery of settlements, ensuring a blend of accessibility and tranquillity. They represent an unparalleled opportunity to acquire strategic land in prime locations with excellent transport links, close proximity to high quality local amenities including highly regarded schools.”
