Scotland’s Housing Network unveils new service improvement manager
Ross Morris has been appointed as the new service improvement manager (data insights) at Scotland’s Housing Network (SHN) with James Duffy set to retire after 11 years working with SHN and its members.
SHN has been working with local authorities and RSLs to provide benchmarking, best practice and performance improvement services for over 25 years.
Andrea Finkel-Gates, CEO for SHN, said: “James will be a big miss to all his friends and colleagues at SHN, and of course to our members who he has worked so closely with for more than a decade. We all wish him a long and happy retirement.
“I’m delighted that Ross will be joining us in our newly defined role of service improvement manager (data insights), Ross will be working with our established team to further develop our data services portfolio, bringing even more data insights to our members to aid them in their continued performance improvement. Ross will also be facilitating forums and delivering our valued account management services, amongst other activities.
“Ross was selected from a strong field of shortlisted candidates and brings a wealth of experience to the role and an exciting vision for the future.”
Ross Morris will take up post from September 20.
When asked about his new role at SHN, Ross said: “I’m really pleased to be joining Scotland’s Housing Network, particularly at a time when the organisation is needed more than ever. I look forward to contributing to SHN’s focus on Digital Transformation and most importantly to working with our members to maximise the value they get from membership.”
Ross is joining SHN at an exciting time as SHN embark on a two-year digital transformation journey, this will include a new member website, enhanced data intelligence capabilities, enhanced member engagement and communications and much more.
