Second phase of Cernach Housing Association upgrade works to begin

CCG Asset Management will undertake the second phase of Cernach Housing Association’s kitchen upgrade programme this month.
The work will see 40 tenants benefit from a brand new kitchen with a choice of fixtures and fittings to suit their existing household.
Stephen Riley, CCG Asset Management manager said: “CCG Asset Management is delighted to continue our strong working relationship with Cernach Housing Association after successfully delivering Phase 1 of the works earlier this year. Phase 2 will delivered to the same excellent standard and we are sure Cernach’s tenants will see the benefits brought from a new, modern kitchen.”
The works will be undertaken over a 5 week period.
