SFHA head of public affairs steps down
The Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA) has announced that Andrew Jackson has resigned from his post as head of public affairs for personal reasons.
Andrew said: “It has been a pleasure working with SFHA to support RSLs and social housing in Scotland, and I hope that I have made a lasting positive difference in the short time that I have spent at SFHA. I wish everyone in social housing in Scotland well for the future.”
Mary Taylor, SFHA CEO, commented on his resignation, expressing her appreciation for everything Andrew has done during his time at SFHA.
She said: “Andrew led a more focussed approach to public affairs at a critical time and dedicated a lot of time and energy to leading his team and representing the interests of housing associations. We wish him well.”
The post of head of public affairs will be advertised in the New Year.
