SFHA updates COVID-19 briefing note on practical governance advice

The Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA) has published the fourth version of its COVID-19 practical governance advice briefing.
The briefing covers the following topics:

- AGM Frequently Asked Questions
The updated version contains new information on postal voting at SGMs if adopting the SFHA Model Rules this year, the AGM process for items that don’t require a vote and updated references to the Scottish Housing Regulator’s governance briefing issued in August.
