2025 is a special year for the Share team as we celebrate our 40th anniversary, and we will have lots of celebrations at the annual conference, including an awards ceremony in the evening.  

Our inaugural Share Awards are designed to honour Scotland’s housing sector, recognising the dedicated professionals and volunteers who contribute their expertise and time to our communities. The extended deadline for submissions is until Friday 7th of March and a shortlist will be announced no later than 14th March 2025, and winners announced at the grand award ceremony on 24th of April.

The 2025 annual conference will run throughout the day with exciting keynote speakers and engaging workshops covering topics such as recognising and responding to domestic abuse, regulation, culture and compliance, AI strategies, tackling the mental health crisis, recruiting and retaining talent within repairs, looking ahead at the challenges facing the sector for the next 40 years, the Housing Bill and more! 

There will be lots of networking opportunities and a chance to view the fantastic exhibitor stalls by Aspen People, Utility Aid, Investors in People, TIS, CAF Bank and more..
