Shire Housing Association has been recognised for its commitment to continuous improvement and to providing excellent customer services.

The organisation won the Excellence in Customer Service Award at the 2018 Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce Business Awards last week.

Chairperson Janet Allan said the award shows Shire is delivering its vision of ‘Great Homes, Great People, Vibrant Communities’.

Janet added: “This is great recognition for both Board and staff for all their efforts to change and continuously improve. To have our achievements recognised from within the Ayrshire Business Community is truly an honour.”
