Small housing development survey
The Scottish Government is exploring ways of delivering more homes and to inform this work researchers working in Communities Analysis Division are undertaking a survey of small developers in Scotland to develop understanding of the barriers and obstacles they face to delivering homes.
The survey includes questions about the nature of developers business and their plans for the future, their knowledge of and interactions with government initiatives and their views on what the government and others could do to address these obstacles. Respondents to the survey can choose to remain anonymous, in any case, firm’s names will not be used in our reports on the findings.
The survey takes between 10 and 15 minutes to complete and the input of small developers is invaluable to us, click here to complete the survey. Or please feel free to forward the link to any small developers.
