Social housing sector views sought on family-friendly working

Family Friendly Working Scotland has launched a survey to establish just how family-friendly the Scottish third sector is.
The organisation, which supports and promotes the development of family-friendly workplaces across Scotland, has asked Animate Consulting to survey third sector organisations.
Recent research into workplaces across the UK revealed that a third of the parents reported being burned out, with many taking sick leave rather than discuss their need for a better work-life balance with their employer.
The views of those involved in the social housing sector are welcomed through an online survey at https://goo.gl/Jlplxp.
The survey is open until 11 March.
