Springfield Properties plans further 139 homes at Edinburgh development
Springfield Properties has submitted a planning application for an additional 139 homes its existing site in Edinburgh.
The housebuilder has submitted plans to extend the site at The Wisp. The application for an additional 104 private two-bedroom apartments and 35 affordable apartments has been submitted to the City of Edinburgh Council.
Set within a 20-minute drive to Edinburgh city centre, the new proposals are a response to high demand for suburban living. The homes feature high build quality throughout and high levels of energy efficiency, which help to keep running costs low.
Springfield central sales director, Tricia Malek, said: “Our initial selection of homes in this area has proved to be extremely popular, with only five homes left for sale. The speed at which these have been snapped up shows a clear demand for suburban properties in the area. Our new proposals will help us to continue to build great quality homes for those who are looking to buy close to the city.”
