STV on the search for first time buyers and new landlords

Being produced for the broadcaster’s new STV2 channels, the series uses real life case studies of individuals, families and couples in Scotland who are at a big financial moment in their life – such as getting married, starting a new business and students moving away to university.

The series will feature 12 different case studies that will be made into short 3 minute videos that will be broadcast online as well as during three studio shows on STV2.

STV is keen to include two property items – a first time buyer who needs help with their first steps on to the property ladder and the other would be someone becoming a landlord for the first time (ideally parents buying a student flat for son/daughter).
