The development will provide 293 new homes, of which 25% will be affordable. The submission sets out Taylor Wimpey East Scotland’s detailed proposals for housing, landscaping, and materials for the development.

The proposals include a mix of two, three, four, and five-bedroom homes to appeal to a wide range of potential buyers. The affordable homes will provide a range of one, two, and three-bedroom homes for social rent. This development will also feature a new range of homes the housebuilder plans to build in Scotland.

Enjoying a semi-rural feel with existing woodland and the convenience of the A8/M8 motorway network nearby, Limefield Grove will include nine acres of open space, a new linear park, and an equipped play area. It will also provide new pedestrian and cycle links to the existing networks around Livingston, green connections to Limefield Glen, creating a tranquil place to call home.
