TC Young promotes employment lawyer with RSL experience
A lawyer who works closely with Registered Social Landlords (RSLs), the third sector and commercial organisations has been promoted at TC Young.
Marianne McJannett, who joined the firm in 2013, has been promoted to associate in recognition of her success in developing the firm’s employment law service.
She is a frequent speaker at networking events hosted by United Employment Lawyers, a nationwide network of lawyers to which TC Young belongs. She also provides training and updates on employment law.
Alison Hempsey, a lawyer with an interest in adult incapacity law, has also been promoted to partner.
Andrew Cowan, managing partner at TC Young, said: “Alison and Marianne are valued members of the firm. They are both experienced and highly capable lawyers whose contribution has been critical as the firm has grown and as we continue to enhance our client services.”
